Conferences in a historical location
A meeting in peaceful surroundings in the middle of the city? Yes, that is possible in the Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam. You can hold your meeting in the attractive ambiance of the Laranjazaal. This room is situated in the centuries-old national monument, the Orangery. The room is equipped with many modern conveniences for a professional conference.
We have put together three conference arrangements for this unique meeting site:
- 4-hour arrangement (excl. lunch) ad 10,75 p.p
- 4-hour arrangement (incl. lunch) ad 23,50 p.p
- 8-hour arrangement (incl. lunch) ad 27,50 p.p.
The following are included:
- Seating arrangement according to your wishes (theatre, cabaret, dinner).
- Unlimited coffee, tea, and iced water in the room during the entire meeting.
- A generous and tasty lunch if included.
The 4-hour arrangement either starts or ends with lunch.
Lunch is served halfway through the 8-hour arrangement.
Lunch
We will provide a delicious and healthy lunch with an eye for detail and taste. To achieve this, we use as many seasonal, organically grown products as possible. Guests will always be served a complete, appealing, and wholesome lunch. The lunch consists of:
- Fresh soup of the day
- Organic rolls stuffed with:
Various kinds of cheeses (young Dutch cheese [mild], Beemster cheese, Oude Reypenaar [strong Dutch cheese], soft goat cheese with honey and thyme).
Farmer's ham, smoke-dried beef, sliced chicken.
Egg salad, chicken salad (both from free-range chickens), tuna-fish salad.
Home-made farmer's pâté - Quiche made with seasonal products.
- Green salad complete with fresh raw vegetables.
- Fresh fruit
